  • Be grateful. …
  • Practice acts of kindness. …
  • Get your blood pumping

  • The above are the results when I Googled “how to raise your vibrations”I agree and then I feel the need to add “yes, but…”Let me preface this… I think when you are starting out on a path to explore yourself, metaphysics, spirituality… the above ways to rise your vibration are excellent suggestions. However once you incorporate the above into your life, maybe you start to be aware of your thoughts and inner dialogue. You make conscious choices as to what you bring into your life, what you put in your body. You start practicing gratefulness. You start seeing the world through new eyes. You start seeing others, not as adjuncts to your life, but as another precious soul on a similar journey as you. Is that it? Well, it depends. Do you want to go even further? Do you want to delve even deeper into the whys of energy, your own and the universe? Unravel some truths about yourself and your mission here? There is no definitive list as to what will rise and keep your vibrations high. As your vibrations rise and you reach a new normal, then it will take something a little different to keep you on that trajectory.  Healing is a major way to keep your vibrations on the upswing. What needs to be healed? Ohh grasshopper….two schools of thought. We are already healed and perfect. We just have to realize and embrace that truth.  Other thoughts are we have emotional wounds from both past and present lives that we carry with us in our energy field. These dense (energetically) spots keep the Chi, or energetic life flow from flowing freely as it enters us from spirit. These dense spots correspond to the chakra system and issue that originally caused the wrong belief that needs healing. For example. Say as a child you spilled a glass of milk and were yelled at by a parent. Your 2 year old mind processed that information as being bad and unworthy. The reality could have been that the parent was tired, multi tasking and just had a moment where they snapped. No real reflection on you as a child. Or your parent was not a nice person and you got this a lot… we will go with the former for the sake of this example. The 2 year old you physically held on to this belief in your 1st Chakra. Belief in your right to be here.Into adulthood, perhaps you mess up around a loved once, boyfriend, girlfriend, teacher and you tighten up.You may or may not be getting the same reaction from your loved one but your body is reacting as if you are. Why? Because you internalized the belief of being unworthy. And your body responds to that . Once that is healed, not only can your relationship with yourself and your loved ones deepen, but the energy coming in directly from spirit is that  much less impeded.. Your vibrations will naturally rise without the energetic speed bumps in your aurora! The above is a very simplified example of a block. They are more complex and individual. But I hope you get the idea. The (never) last word on how to rise your vibration is to constantly work on identifying energetic blocks and work on healing them .
